L’Alto is a residential complex of two towers, six floors each, built in a "U" shape, the center being the host of a private inside courtyard complete with mature trees, garden, lawn swings as well as a large terrace adjoining to the dining room.

L’Alto is a reinforced concrete construction, completely fireproof, with four elevators, equipped with an emergency generator, sprinkler system and smoke detectors in each apartment. At L’Alto, you benefit from a 24 hours a day security system with emergency call in liaison with the reception as well as a secured access through magnetic cards and closed circuit camera system.
